Your stomach does more than to digest the food you eat. It actually, in part, determines your mood. Moods like sudden nervousness over something unwarranted is communicated by your brain to your stomach, or vice versa, telling each other what they don’t like.
The sad part is, you can’t use your stomach to think about philosophy, religion, and science. But it can do as much as have its own senses and reflexes. It appears that our brain does little in our digestion, it’s the stomach who’s responsible for that, like an airplane on auto-pilot.
The food you just ate is bad for you? Don’t worry, your stomach will act up and tell you not to eat it again.
So, have you ever had a gut feeling about something which turned out to be real? Always think twice. (lol)
